The Adventures of Red-Eyed Tree Frog Man is an episode from The Emperor's New School.
Synopsis[]
Kuzco dismisses tree frogs as nasty and insignificant, prompting Pacha to scold him for his ignorance. The situation takes a turn when Yzma, disguised as Principal Amzy and filling in for the Mr. Flaco Moleguaco, transforms Kuzco into a tree frog using an elixir and put him in the batch to be dissected in class. As Kuzco faces this ironic twist of fate, Kronk finds himself confused about his loyalities and whether he should be heklping Kuzco or following Yzma's orders.
Plot[]
The episode begins at Pacha's house, where Kuzco wakes up to find a tree frog on his stomach, causing him to freak out. Despite reassurance from Chaca, and Pacha, Kuzco declares his disdain for frogs, calling them useless, slimy, and smelly creatures. Pacha tries to explain that all creatures, including tree frogs, play a vital role, but Kuzco dismisses the idea donning a protective suit before leaving.
At Kuzco Academy, Kron is summoned to Principal Amazy's office, who reveals herself as Yzma. After a humorous level pulling mishap that ends up with a giant fish swallowing Yzma, she and Kronk take a rollercoaster ride for fun to her secret lab. Yzma initially plans to turn Kuzco into a prize winning race Llama to make money, but then switches to turning him into a red eyed tree frog. Kuzco then pauses the show to comment to comment on the coincidence of Yzma's plan aligning with his earlier bad mouthing of frogs. He then skips through scenes of Yzma and kronk baking a pie with the potion before resuming the episode.
In the cafertia, Kronk gives Kuzco the pie and upon eating it, Kuzco transforms into a red eyed tree frog. Kronk captures him in a mug and runs off. In Mister Moleguaco's classroom, Principal Amzy announces shee will be substituting and assigns the task of dissecting red eyed tree frogs.Kuzco, now a frog, is placed on a tray and kronk is handed various dissecting tools. As Kronk hesitates his shoulder, Angel and Devil argue about the morality of the task. Ultimately, Kronk releases Kuzco, causing chaos as Yzma tries to recapture him. Kuzco helps other frogs escape, leading them out the window. Grateful for Kuzco's help, the frogs join him as he smells himself and realizes that being a tree frog isn't as bad as he thought.
A Music video featuring Kuzco as the superhero Red eyed tree Frogman. Kuzco uses his frog abilities to save Yupi from a runaway cart by wrapping his tongue around a tire. To stop it, Malina checks on Yupi and asks Kuzco if he's stil a frog. Principal Amzy then tries to capture Kuzco with a butterfly net, but fails.She devices a plan, which involves disguisng herself as Malina. Meanwhile, Kron is at his locker singing the Red Eyed Tree Frog Man Song. Principal Amzy scolds Kronk for letting Kuzco escape, but Kronk insists it was the superhero. He proudly shows off various red eyed tree frog man merchandise as Principal Amzy details her new plan. Kuzco hidden listening in an attempt to capture Kuzco. Yzma, disguiseds as Malina, stands on a collapsing bridge destroyed by Kronk. Kuzco watches as Yzma, explaining that frogs can stick to walls and hear peoples secret plans.
The Episode wraps up with Kuzck back in human form at Pacha's house. He proudly displays a red eyed tree frog man picture by his bed, declaring frogs are cool. Despite his earlier disdain. Chaca reminds him of his previous negative comments about forgs, but Kuzco insists frogsare useful, warm, and smell good. Kuzco paces the show to clarify that the potion has worn off and he is no longe a tree frong. he humorously points out that the audience might think he's learned his lesson about frogs, then reveals a deleted scene of him as a tree frong eating flies.
